Magnaglad 5000 is a giant robot gladiator from Totally Spies episode "Planet of the Hunks".
Biography[]
As Felicity Fences father's latest gift, the Magnaglad 5000 is a robot gladiator over 100 feet tall and costing her father over a 1,000,000,000 dollars.
After the spies arrive they find Felicity's kidnapped hunks fighting her gladiators in the arena, the spies defeat these gladiators but are quickly captured and placed in the Proasis dungeons. Felicity explained her motives to the spies and placed they and her kidnapped hunks in the arena to fight the Magnaglad 5000.
After Magnaglad 5000 entered the arena, Sam was still teasing whether to use singing to scare away the robot. After the robot attacked, Clover was caught in the middle of the trident. She pleaded with the robot, but the opponent ignored and took out the Meteor hammer to attack. After others rescued her, the spies agreed that they needed to be united to resolve the crisis.
Clover changed into the Brute Suit to strengthen her ability (It can withstand a force of 100,000 megatons). Magnaglad 5000 threw out the Meteor hammer and knocked Clover back to the wall. Fortunately, she didn't take any damage and bounced the giant iron ball back to the robot, causing it to fall and banging into a hole in the arena wall. The hostages took the opportunity to escape from the hole, and Magnaglad 5000, whose chest mecha broken, immediately stood up and resumed fighting.
Clover suggested that she continue to fight with the robot for distract it, while the others enter the robot's head, Magnaglad 5000 then project a controllable jet of fire to Clover. After launching the Expandable Cable Bungee Belt, Sam told Alex that it was time to mess with robot's mind and lead it to the right direction. When they entered the command module, Alex suggested that she should drive the robot. Sam refused on the grounds that Alex was the worst driver, but after thinking about it for a while Sam agreed that Alex go for it.
Magnaglad 5000 immediately turn against its master and seized Felicity. She threatened that she would tattled to her father but it didn't work. Alex piloted the Magnaglad 5000 to toss Felicity Fences into the arms of one of the handsome men who are very ticked at her.
Trivia[]
- Although Sam and Alex climbed on it‘s command module right in front of the Magnaglad 5000, the robot did not make any defensive mode.
- It seems that any visitor can enter the robot's control room, which may be a Failsafe design flaw.
