The Mechtopian army are the villainous army in Doraemon: Nobita And The Steel Troops and the 2011 remake, Doraemon: Nobita And The New Steel Troops: Winged Angels.

The Mechtopian army is led by their leader, the Mechtopian Army Leader (Apt.), whom see to conquer the Earth thanks to the efforts of their robotic spy girl Riruru, and the parts of the robot Zanda Cross falling onto Earth in the Mirror World. After finding being led to Zanda Cross fully rebuilt thanks to Nobita, Riruru contacted the army and had built a base in the Mirror World. After being noticed by Riruru, Doraemon and Nobita escape back to the real world, at the cost of Riruru being damaged and Zanda Cross being lost. The next day, after Doraemon and co. managed to escape some robots soldiers, they head into one of the base's buildings, only to have the robot leader contact Riruru, but to no avail. later then, the Mechtopian army came to Earth.
